As well as being a potter Anna is a qualified Civil Celebrant and trained with UKSOC (United Kingdom Society of Civil Celebrants)

Anna can create bespoke urns for your loved one’s ashes.

Urns for a loved one’s ashes can be impersonal and the range on offer is very standard and does not necessarily reflect the person that you want to remember. Everyone is different and sometimes people will wish to keep the ashes near them. For ashes that are interred in a woodland burial then I have an air-drying clay that contains natural fibres that will degrade naturally in the ground so they are completely environmentally friendly.

You may wish to create your own urn.
Far from this being a morbid idea, this service is designed for people who may be terminally ill and wish to involve perhaps their children in creating a beautiful vessel in which their ashes will remain.

Some people just want something very personal and may wish to decorate an urn which has already been made.
For clients wishing to build or decorate urns the sessions are one to one for privacy.
